The financial services industry is comprised of the banking, securities, insurance and real estate sectors. This area has been recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor as a high growth industry. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, financial services employment is projected to increase by 10.5% between 2004-2014.
It's important to remember that Financial Services is a large and diverse industry. Courses are available during the day, in the evenings, on weekends and online.
